With a mission to help teams use open source in a secure and effective way, and backed by the best team and group of superstar investors, we’re excited to embark on this journey
Oligo aims to streamline the usage of open source by making it secure and easy to protect. By focusing developers on the most relevant vulnerabilities we make the fixing process significantly shorter.
Our ability to precisely enforce the permissions of each library ensures a safe way to use open source software.
Before we founded Oligo, we studied Computational Neuroscience together. We were fascinated by how neurons work in parallel, without interrupting each other’s activity.
This collaboration is achieved thanks to the critical protection layer that wraps each neuron. The cell that creates the protection layer is called Oligodendrocyte, or in short, “Oligo״.
And what Oligo does for the brain is exactly what we do for open source libraries - we enable the usage of open source packages in an efficient and precise way, making sure that each package does exactly what it was intended to do.
Oligo helps organizations focus on true exploitability, streamlining security processes without hindering developer productivity.
