Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join Oligo Security as a founding member of our sales team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a self-starter to contribute significantly to the growth and success of a very early-stage company. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in building and shaping our sales development strategy, driving lead generation, and establishing key relationships with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Identify and target potential clients through proactive outreach, research, and networking.
- Utilize various channels, including email, phone, and social media, to generate high-quality meetings.
Qualification and Pipeline Development:
- Conduct thorough research to understand the needs and pain points of prospective clients.
- Qualify leads to ensure alignment with Oligo Security's solution
- Collaborate with the sales team to build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
Communication and Relationship Building:
- Engage with prospects in a consultative manner, understanding their challenges and presenting Oligo Security's value proposition.
- Effectively communicate Oligo Security's unique selling points and tailor messages to resonate with target audiences.
Collaboration and Strategy:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on messaging and execute on campaigns
- Provide insights and feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of sales and marketing processes.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years of previous prospecting experience.
- Experience in the application security or cyber security space preferred.
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, FrontSpin etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Ability to effectively manage leads and sales pipeline.
