Overview
Oligo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager of Field and Partner Marketing to lead and scale our field marketing and partner engagement initiatives. The Senior Manager will be responsible for planning and executing field marketing programs, partner enablement activities, and joint go-to-market campaigns that generate leads, accelerate the sales cycle, and expand customer engagements across our partner ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional field marketing plans that align with sales objectives and revenue goals.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage field events, conferences, webinars, and local marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and accelerate pipeline growth.
- Manage branded item catalog for use in marketing, sales, and partner activities, customer retention, and other needs.
- Build and execute joint marketing programs with key channel and technology partners to drive awareness and demand, including co-branded digital campaigns, joint events, and other marketing tactics.
- Assist in the development of partner enablement materials, including marketing assets, sales tools, and training content to ensure partners can effectively promote and sell our solutions.
- Create and manage targeted account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, email, direct mail, and in-person events, to engage key decision-makers within target accounts.
- Drive awareness of Oligo marketing activities and thought leadership by assisting in the management of the company’s key social media channels (primarily LinkedIn)
- Partner closely with the SDR team to ensure alignment between field and partner marketing-generated leads and SDR outreach strategies and regularly gather feedback on lead quality, field marketing campaign performance, and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage marketing budgets, track ROI, and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 6-8 years of experience in field marketing, partner marketing, or demand generation, preferably within B2B tech or cybersecurity.
- Proven track record of executing successful regional marketing campaigns and partner programs that drive measurable results.
- Experience working with channel partners and reseller ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity industry trends and challenges is a plus.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics, report on performance, and make data-backed decisions.
- Willingness to travel within the US at least 25% of the time.
